Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move to a higher NuPay plan as your school grows or as you need additional users, reporting and financial-management features.
Is Student Management included in every plan?
Yes. Student Management is included with NuPay Start, Pro and Complete, allowing you to manage students alongside their financial records.
Are Bank Feeds included in all plans?
Yes. All NuPay plans include Bank Feeds, allowing supported bank transactions to flow into NuPay for reconciliation and bookkeeping.
Can parents pay school fees online?
Yes. NuPay supports online-payment integration, allowing parents and guardians to make payments digitally while schools manage the resulting transactions and allocations through NuPay.
What is NuPay Intelligence?
NuPay Intelligence helps schools understand their financial information, identify important activity and reduce repetitive finance-office work. Start includes limited access, while Pro and Complete include full support.
Does NuPay replace traditional bookkeeping software?
NuPay includes core accounting capabilities such as automated bank feeds, automated bookkeeping, income and expense management, journals, financial statements and reconciliation. It is designed specifically around the financial workflows of schools.
Can NuPay integrate with our existing school systems?
Yes. NuPay is integrated by API with ZB Bank for live bank feeds, with the payment gateway for online payments, and with NuClass for student records and portal balances. Integration availability may depend on the systems and financial institutions your school uses.
Are there additional charges for bank or payment transactions?
Your NuPay subscription covers access to the software. Any charges imposed by banks, card networks, payment providers or other third parties are separate and may vary depending on the payment method or provider.
Do we need accounting knowledge to use NuPay?
Not for everyday tasks. NuPay automates much of the bookkeeping behind payments, invoices and bank transactions while still providing the accounting records and reports required by finance teams.
What happens if we need more than the standard package offers?
Schools with more complex requirements can choose NuPay Complete or contact NuPay about additional users, integrations, reporting or institutional requirements.
